We prioritize comfort and hygiene by using a leather lining and antimicrobial leather insoles in every pair. With gentle care, including regular leather conditioning and avoiding exposure to water on velvet and satin, your shoes will retain their elegance and charm.

Our jewelry collection is crafted from high-quality silver and durable stainless steel, combining timeless elegance with modern resilience. We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.

Do you have a coupon code? Do not forget to use your code at the checkout in the respective field. Enter the code exactly as it appears and apply. Promo codes can't be cumulative with other promotions and will not apply to sale items unless otherwise specified.

We accept custom orders on specific designs. We can customize the color, the width and the style of the heel (stiletto heel instead of block heel). We would like to inform you that we can make half sizes in specific designs.

Please keep in your mind that the custom orders are non-returnable, unless they arrive to you damaged or defective. In the case that you will receive your custom order damaged or defective, you can only exchange the product for an identical new product (no refunds accepted).

Most of the Pinky Promise shoes fit true to size. They are available in EU sizes and whole sizes.

They are made by genuine Leather and as a result they slightly stretch with wear and naturally conform to the shape of your feet. Please check on each product page for specific sizing recommendations!

Do you need help how to determine your foot measurement?  Here is the simplest method to measure your foot at home and hopefully it will be helpful for you to determine sizing:

• Take a sheet of paper and place it on a firm surface- not plush carpeting or pebbly surfaces.
• Put your feet comfortably neutral step onto the piece of paper (one foot per sheet if paper does not fit).
• Hold the pencil as perpendicular as possible to your foot and outline the shape as close to your foot as you can.
• Measure the distance between the center of the heel curve to the tip of the longest toe. This is the length.
• One foot tend to be larger than the other, therefore, please go with the longer length to determine shoes size.

Then, match your foot measurements with the size chart provided in the last photo of your chosen design to ensure a proper fit.

For Customize Width

You need to measure the circumference of your toes. Please use a soft measure tape and send us your measurements at info@pinkypromiseaccs.com.  

The qualities and materials of our jewelry are detailed in each product. Contact with chemicals should be avoided, regardless of the quality of the jewelry. Skin pH is another factor that affects jewelry wear. It differs from person to person, that's why the same piece of jewelry can have a different reaction from skin to skin.

Silver 925:The metal has the property of oxidizing over time and losing its luster. You can restore it by rubbing it with a soft cloth or by leaving it for 15 minutes in a container of baking soda and warm water.

Gold plated silver 925 (18 carat):It is the ideal choice for those who love gold or rose gold color and gold jewelry, but don't want to spend a lot of money. Gold plating means that the silver jewelry has a thin coating of gold of specific carats. Our gold plated jewelry is 18 carat gold plated. The plating of the jewelry tends to wear off over time so that the natural silver color eventually prevails. This is accelerated if the jewelry is often in contact with water or chemicals (creams, perfumes, etc.). Of course, gold-plated jewelry does not have the same quality and lifespan as a gold one, for this very reason they need special care and attention. It is recommended to keep them in their packaging when not in use, and avoid contact with water during use.

Stainless Steel:It has a high resistance to corrosion, is hardly affected by acids and is not easily scratched. However, in case it gets black stains, you can clean it using warm water, soap and a little vinegar.

Various metals:Metals tend to corrode both from contact with water, and from daily use and contact with chemicals (creams, perfumes, etc.). For their long-term maintenance, contact with water and chemicals should be avoided, while when not in use, they should be kept in their packaging and not exposed.

Do you want to put your favorite perfume? Do it before wearing your favorite necklace!!
Avoid contact of jewelry with sea water and chlorine!
Do you enjoy working out or walking for hours? We suggest you take off your jewelry first because the acidic sweat alters its gold plating!
Of course, we always remove our jewelry while sleeping so there is no risk of it getting cut!
Do you do housework? Our favorite rings and bracelets must not come into contact with detergents or other acidic liquids
Jewelry needs special care even when we are not wearing it! Keep them in their pouch so they don't get tangled and there's no risk of them rubbing against other jewelry!

Orders that include Bridal Accessories and Jewelry are shipped via Hellenic Post worldwide (Estimated delivery time 5-10 business days).

We do our best to process and ship your product as fast as we can. Due to the handmade nature of the products, the processing time usually is 4 - 10 business days. During the holiday period, this can be slightly extended. After shipping your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. The tracking number will help you track your package. If you haven’t receive a confirmation email with the tracking number, please contact us.

Once you have found the right product, then you should add it to your cart. There, you can review the total amount of the order and the shipping cost according to the delivery address.

The orders of non-European Union countries may charge customs and import taxes according to local custom regulation.

The orders of European Union countries are free of duty charges.

Are you not completely satisfied with your item? We will gladly accept returns and exchanges.

In case of refund for free shipping items, you will be charged the shipping costs that we paid to ship your order.

Returns must be sent back within 14 days of delivery. Please send back the item with a tracking number, for your protection. We are not responsible for lost returns. Please use the regular postal service, not courier services. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. 

The item must be in its original, unworn condition in order to be refunded.

In case of exchange, buyers are responsible for return as well as for exchange shipping costs.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.

Concerning orders that include more than 2 pairs of shoes, buyers are not able to return all the pairs, but should keep at least 1 of them. 

Custom orders are non-returnable, unless they arrive to you damaged or defective. In the case that you will receive your custom order damaged or defective, you can only exchange the product for an identical new product (no refunds accepted).

Custom orders are considered color changes instead of advertised product color, size 43 & 44, embroidered letters on the shoes, the custom widths and half shoe sizes.

The orders that the buyer refuses to receive, are non refundable.
