Processing Times

We do our best to process and ship your product as fast as we can. Due to the handmade nature of the products, the processing time depends on the design. We need usually 3-9 business days for the flat designs and 1-2 weeks for the heel desings. During the holiday period, this can be slightly extended. After shipping your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.


Delivery Times

All the orders are shipped via DHL express worldwide. After the order is processed by us, the delivery time will be approximately as follows:

Europe: 1-5 business days

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 1-5 business days

Asia Pacific: 1-5 business days

Latin America and the Caribbean: 1-5 business days

North Africa and the Middle East: 1-5 business days

Sub-Saharan Africa: 1-5 business days

Additional Charges

The orders of non-European Union countries may charge customs and import taxes according to local custom regulation. However, the orders of European Union countries are free of duty charges.




Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Would you like to return your product? If so, you can ship the product back to us within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please be sure that your products are returned new, unused and unworn with the original labels and inside the original packaging. The returns that do not meet the policy of the company, will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

After receiving the product, we will check if the quality of the product meets our return policy. If it does, we will refund you on the same payment method that you used for purchase.

Custom made orders are non-returnable, unless they arrive to you damaged or defective.

The shipping cost is free of charge on all exchanges in case of a defective or incorrect product, however the customers outside the European Union are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
